MPEG rotation software

Finaly I managed to create a MPEG movie with my camaera that is worth
saving. The only problem is that i took it with my camrera 90 degrees
tilted. Now I'm searching for a program that can rotate the complete movie
by 90 degrees.

Any sugestions?

Virtualdub can do this IIRC, haven't used it for a while but it was
somewhere in video>filters>add>rotate
