You don't.... MovieMaker will save as AVI or WMV. You then use third party
software to create an MPEG file... see PapaJohn's website for details www.papajohn.org.
If you are trying to create the MPEG for DVD burning purposes, you'll find
your DVD software should normally import the AVI or WMV files just fine and
convert before it burns for you.
