Mpeg-4 moviemaker

I just want to open my mpeg-4 movie in movie maker to edit
it. What do I have to do to upgrade movie maker to accept
mpeg-4 files? I have the sevice pack 2 installed on my
computer what else is there to do?

It's probably a codec issue. There are different MPEG4 files - if yours is
encoded with the Divx codec, then you will need to
get and install the codec for Movie Maker to use.
