mp3 player

I have a new ministry of sound mp3 player and am trying to connect to pc. It
says ''this is a mass storage device.No driver installation is required for
those pc systems that use Windows 98 SE''.
Obviously my problem is that i have XP, and when i connect the USB cable it
comes up ''USB device not recognised'', and i havent a clue what i need to
do. Can anybody advise please.

Usually, the first thing to do is to check on the unit's manufacturer's web
site for support/help/instructions.
