*.mp2 files

I have an All In Wonder Radeon card, and I would like to use it to
convert my VHS tapes for TV viewing on my DVD player. The files it
creates are mpeg-2 (*.mp2), however whenever I try to make a CD a
message appears that says it will not work in a VCD player and to make
this file video CD compleant I will need to use an MPEG encoder that
supports Video CD encoding.

What do I do now?
