Sorry guys, I tried out Mozilla 1.7 and wasn't very impressed, how do I get
my Internet explorer 6 browser back?

(Red Faced)

Did you uninstall it, when moving to Mozilla? If not, set IE to be default
in "Set Program Access & Defaults". If you did delete/Uninstall IE, go on
line using Mozilla (Obviously), and download it and install.

As the OP is posting to an XP group, then presumably he's using XP. You
CAN'T uninstall IE in XP.

I realized that after I typed it, and hit the send...I was in too big of a
hurry to realize my "Brainfart"...thanks for the correction.

Don't worry - I've told posters in an OE group that this group is for
Outlook 87,98,2000 etc etc etc!

Gordon please, when I installed Mozilla, IE icon disappeared from startup,
no IE icons anywhere. Fix is Uninstall Mozilla and IE reappears as the
default browser

Go to; Start, Use the "Search" feature, select "all files and folders", type
in Internet Explorer, and search...it's there somewhere, and this will show
you the location.

I'm sorry, I can't answer that one! You might try a Google search for
them.......

Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Programs >
and put a check in the box that checks to see if IE is the default
browser. Close IE and restart it. It should give you the option to
make it the default browser.
