Hi wkelly,

If you're moving within the same ladder site, then you just
need to contact the admins of that ladder site. You'll find
their email addresses or a Contact Us link on their pages.

If you're moving from one ladder site to another ladder
site, it's highly unlikely that they'll accept the competitors
bux. However, if you contact the new site, they might be
willing to make an exception for you to gain your business.
