First, is it a retail copy or an OEM copy? If it's an OEM copy,
its license ties it to the first computer it's installed on, and
you can't.
Assuming a retail copy, just remove it from the old computer, and
reinstall it on the new one. You'll have to reactivate it, but
that should be no problem.
