Moving XP Prof to a new PC

I am purchasing a new PC without an OS. My current PC is
running XP Prof. I am going to use my old PC as a test
server. I would like to move my existing XP to the new
PC. Can anyone tell me how do do this?

assuming you have licenses for the operating systems on both
computers, the remaining problem is how to actually move the
installation. Please have a look at
