Moving Windows Mail contacts to Outlook contact list

I have been using Windows Mail and just installed and am now using Outlook.
Is there a way to move my Windows Mail contacts to Outlook?
 
If Mail doesnt have an Export option to Outlook for Contacts, you would need
to export to a file that Outlook can Import eg csv
 
In Windows Mail:
File - Export - Windows Contacts - CSV (Comma separated Values)
save the file

In Outlook:
File - Import and Export - Import from another program or file - Comma
Separated Values (Windows)
find the file
