Moving user profile to a different PC

sbs 2003 premium. A user needs to move to a different PC. How can I move her
local profile from one client pc across to another?

You could tell the server, in the AD, that this user now has a roaming
profile. When the user next logs off, the profile copies up the server,
when the user shifts, it comes down to the final location.

in the profile location, (after creating a folder in the server and
sharing as profiles$) I point profiles to \\server\profiles$\%username%

The file-transfer-wizard works ok (but only with the retail copy of xp),other
wise,use microsoft USMT (download)...
