Moving toolbar icons

Does anybody know if it is possible to change the order of the toolbar icons
in Outlook 2002? For example, say I wanted to move the Delete icon over next
to the Organize icon.
 
Right click in the toolbar area and select customize. Once that dialog is open, grab your icon and move it where you want.
