Please can you help! I've never used a computer before!
I need to do some homework for college. I have got to to
place images, writing and draw lines on a page. I'm
having nightmares trying to this. The text won't go where
I want it,the pictures won't go where I want them and I
haven't even tried to put any waving lines on
there..Please help

First, you don't say what program you are using, so it's impossible to
provide any real help.

That being said, recommend that you go to the local college bookstore
and buy a book or two about the software you are using, e.g Word, or
whatever. Go to the computer science or computer center at the college.
They will surely have people available to do some tutorials and
teaching. Get the initial computer learning out of the way so that you
can focus on college stuff.

For the homework assignment ... maybe best to just do it with paper and
pencil/pen.

Without a decent book (weren't you supposed to buy one?) you will never
finish the assignment before October. Also, the HELP function in your WP
program will prove to be very useful, but I doubt it can teach you the
rudiments of WORD or any other word processing program. Please obtain an
appropriate introductory book to the word-processing application you are
using, if you intend to complete the assignment.
