Moving rows

In Word2K, I can shift table rows up or down with Alt+Shift+Up/Down Arrow
Is there a similar keyboard shortcut for Excel2K?
 
The best I can suggest is..........

Highlight the row you want to move.........Right click > Cut > Right click
to highlight the row below where you want the cut row inserted >
InsertCutCells
