Moving pst files from Outlook 2000 to XP

Hello:

I wanted to move some personal folder files from one computer to another. I
found my pst files, which were several and I copied them on the other PC.
Outlook XP opens one of them without a problem. However, for the other one
it gives me a message that it is not a personal folders file. I see no
difference in the format of the two files, having been created on the same
machine with the same program. Could anyone have any idea what's causing
this and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance

Have you checked to make sure the PST file did not acquire a read only
attribute from being on storage medium?
Have you checked the file for errors with the Inbox Repair Tool?
