Moving personal folders to a different server

We are currently in the process of installing a new server
into our domain. I have been unsuccessful in the past
moving personal folders from one server to another and
retaining permissions. I 've tried everything I know and
still come up empty handed. Any help is appreciated.

Try SCOPY.EXE from the resource kit, this copies NTFS permissions.

Most of the ResKit tools can be downloaded for free from
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com
