moving over email accounts

I am using windows xp and just got a new windows vista ultimate pc. Can i
move over all my email accounts or do i have to enter all of them manually.
I move over all the contacts and data except for the email accounts.
 
In OE (XP) do Tools, Accounts, Export.
In Windows Mail do Tools, Accounts, Import.
