Under Outlook 2003 File locations, am I supposed to be able to see all of
these files? I have Show Hidden Files checked and when I access the folder
that Outlook is stored in, this is all I see:

outcmd.dat
Outlook.NK2
Outlook.srs
Outlook.xml

Are these files all I will need to be able to move it to another computer?

Not really. The main file you need is your data file which has a .PST
extension and usually resides in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<profile name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\ ...

often called outlook.pst and hidden.
