I need to switch computers with my wife, moving her Outlook info to my
computer, and mine to hers. If I do a backup.pst to a cd, and then delete
all information on each computer, can I then cleanly install all the saved
info into Outlook?

Using XP Pro on both machines, and Office 2003.

Thanks!

Yes, you'll need to back up both .pst files from both computers. Make sure
that you can tell them apart by naming them differently. Then, copy the
appropriate .pst file to the computer's hard drive that you want it on,
remove the "Read Only" attribute from each .pst file and open the .pst file
from within Outlook on each machine. Be careful not to overwrite any files
that are named the same.
