Moving Outlook Inbox, Sent-Mail and user-created folders from old to new computer

Hi,

I just bought a new computer and wanted to transfer my old computer's
inbox, sent mail and some folders that I created in outlook (with
emails that were originally in my inbox) to outlook on my new computer.

Can someone explain how you do that?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
