Moving Outlook from Desktop to Laptop

I have Outlook setup on my desktop, and now I want to "bring" all my
settings without setting up everything manually.

Is there a folder or a file that holds all my settings so that this will
be a easy process?

When you talk about "setting", you mean all the options setup?

Go to Start-All Programs-Microsoft Office-microsoft Office Tools-Save My
settings Wizard (if using office 2003 - a piece of information you failed to
tell us....)
