moving outlook files from one computer to another

Is there an easy way to move all the files in outlook, such as address book,
emails, folders, appointments, etc., to another outlook on another computer?

One is being replaced by another, newer computer, and there are a BUNCH of
outlook emails, etc., on the old computer.

You can export the information to a pst file. Then

import the same pst file into the new computer.

Well, there is one problem.

The export filter won't work because it wasn't installed, and now they can't
find the specific office CD the program is asking for. :-(
