I have recently built a new pc. How do I save the following files and
settings to a jump drive and then import them into Outlook on my new system?

settings, personal folders, all old mail messages and attachments,
signatures, etc.

I can network these two systems if easier.

Depends what version of Outlook.
For mail, calendar, tasks, contacts etc, see here:

take a look here:

more info here:

For settings and signatures, as I said, it depends on what version you have.

I use Outlook 2003.

Then you have a "Save My Settings Wizard" that will do the job. Do Start-All
Programs-Microsoft Office-Microsoft Office Tools.
