Moving Outlook emails from old PC to new PC

I am upgrading from an old PC running Windows 98 to a new one running
XP. What is the easiest, cleanest way to port over my hundreds of
emails that are in Outlook 2000? I'll be using Outlook 2003 on the new
system.

Thanks!

After making sure that you can view hidden files, search for a file (or
files) with a .pst file extension. That/those file(s) contain your mail.
Just copy that/those file(s) onto the new machine and open them up. Make
certain that you don't overwrite a .pst file with the same name on the new
computer.
