I want to copy my Contacts from Outlook 2003 on a computer running XP to
Outlook2007 on a computer running Vista Home Premium. Please advise how to
do this. Thanks. Ed

On the XP machine you need to export the contacts to a yourname.pst file
and copy that to the Vista machine then import the yourname.pst file to
Outlook2007.

In addition to Dave's helpful post,
you may also want to keep regular
backups of just your .pst file.

Pfbackup is handy little program from
Microsoft that makes this easy, and so
you don't forget to do it yourself.
Works with Outlook 2007 and Vista.

The Personal Folders Backup download creates backup copies of your .PST files at regular
intervals, in Outlook 2002 and later versions, making it easy to keep all of your Outlook
folders safely backed up.
