Moving Outlook 2003 data files to Outlook 2007

I have installed XP and Vista on the same computer and want to switch over to
use Vista almost exclusively. I want to move my address book, saved emails,
calendar, etc., created using Outlook 2003 to the Outlook 2007 installation
on the Vista partition. Can this be done, and, if so, how?
