Ah, more reason never to use your business or whatever else you sell. You
can't tell the difference between a retail package and an OEM package. As
"Daave" pointed out in his post, the OEM version of any Microsoft software
is forever tied by the EULA to the original system it is installed on. It
can't be transferred to another system and stay in compliance with the EULA.

Yes, I frequently read the EULAs or other licensing restrictions on the
software I purchase to ensure that I am in compliance with the terms.

Just a few filenames of the files for the EULAs I have saved on my server
that I regularly reference to assist others to stay or become "legal."

Now who is the idiot? "Your Installation Specialist," what a joke!

1.1 Installation and use. You may install, use, access, display and run one
copy of the Software on a single computer, such as a workstation, terminal
or other device ("Workstation Computer"). The Software may not be used by
more than one processor at any one time on any single Workstation Computer.

Well I guess I'm in violation of this because my laptop uses a dual core
processor... ;-)

A dual core processor means *one* processor with two cores. So, you're
not in violation. ;-)
