Moving "Locked Workstation" Dialog Box on Lock

Is there a regkey that can be entered so that the "Locked
Workstation" dialog box is placed somewhere other than
the center of the screen??

Is it that much trouble, bother or inconvenience to move it using the
mouse? It only takes a second and is easy to do.
