moving Intenet and Explorer Icon to taskbar ?

I'd like to have my Internet Explorer Icon and my Oulook Express Icon moved to the taskbar for easier access. How Can this be done ?

Right click on the taskbar and unlock it. The click and hold on the Icon and drag it down to the taskbar,
