moving informatiion from one sheet to a total sheet

This is a total from sheet 1 col how can i paste to a total sheet on
another sheet I tried but just get the fomula under the number.
(e1,e,2,e3,3,4) instead of the sum

have you tried right clicking and doing "paste special" and just copying the
values?

In sheet 1, select and copy the cell with the total formula. Go to the summary sheet,
select the cell where you want the same total to appear. Right-click it, and select Paste
Special. Click Paste Link, OK.
