Moving from Win2000 to Win2003 Server

We have an existing Windows 2000 Advanced Server box
strictly running TS in Application Mode. We want to
upgrade to 2003 Server. Can anyone direct me to any white
papers or share with me their experiences in doing so? I
particularly don't want to have my users lose all their
shares, settings, desktops etc. I appreciate all input.
This computer is a DC in a SBS 2000 environment.

I'm in Acworth, GA and can tell you 2000 to 2003 is a pretty seemless
upgrade but having a DC that is a TS box as well you "may" have some
security issues and loose some abilities with that upgrade.
