Moving from OfficeTalk to Outlook

We are changing our email system from OfficeTalk to
Exchange, but the users need access to all the old mails
in OfficeTalk for referance purposes. Does anyone know of
an easy way of converting or exporting the OfficeTalk
mailboxes to .pst files.

Do they need to be imported into Outlook or just archived in an easy to
access and search manner?
