Moving from Interdev to VS.Net.

Alan

I'm trying to find the time to move from Visual InterDev 6.0 to VS.Net for
my VB/COM/ASP web development work - but I'm losing the battle. What are my
chances of installing VS.Net and then using it successfully for all new .Net
development as well as for maintaining all my existing components, sites,
ASPs, etc?? Is VS.Net backwards compatible?

Thanks,

Alan

If you are stuck on VS.NET and interdev. I've got them both installed on
the same machine, and haven't had any problems.

this would allow you to migrate at your connivance.

Just to reiterate, you would continue to edit your Visual InterDev projects
in VID, and your ASP.NET projects in Visual Studio .NET.

Enjoy!
