Can't edit ASPX webpage in VS.NET 2005

Pardon my ignorance if it exists, but I'm trying to upgrade from VB 6
to VS.NET 2005 and have a problem.

I created an ASPX file with the corresponding ASPX.VB file, but when I
try to edit the form, I can only add components; I can not edit either
the ASPX code or the VB file behind it. I have to restart VS.NET.

As part of my MCDBA certification, I want to learn the ASP technology,
but this is making it very difficult.

I think I've got it now. I ran "devenv /setup" as per the Event Log
and it seemed to clear up.
