Moving Forest Roles

Currently have 3 Domains that belong to the same forest.

Domain1.Local
Domain2.Local
Domain3.Local

Currently both of the Forest level Roles exist within Domain1. I would like
to move both of these roles to Domain2. Is this possible or am I limited to
only transfering these roles within the same domain?
 
No you are not limited. The enterprise roles can reside on any domain
controller within the forest. It is simply recommended that they reside in
the root.
