On some emails, when I try to drag them from my Inbox to a folder, instead of
moving to the folder, the message opens up in Word as if I wanted to reply to
it. This seems to happen most often with messages that I have flagged for
follow-up and then perhaps cleared the flag. I've tried to use the File/Move
command, but it does the same thing. Has anyone else experienced this and
can you suggest a solution? (I have Outlook 2002 running on Windows 2000).
