Moving emails in Inbox and Outbox

For the past week or so I am unable to delete some emails or move them to a
personal folder. It seems to happen to emails with multiple recipients. I get
a pop up box saying 'The folder is full' even though the deleted Items folder
is empty.
Be grateful for any advice
