Moving email addresses into Windows Mail

Hi,

Brief scenario:- colleague with old damaged laptop (screen been sat on
I think!).

New laptop purchased, with Vista Home Premium installed and working
fine. Because old machine is unusable the solution to save data was to
put hard drive into a USB caddy. This worked fine and virtually all
data recovered (and backed up!!!!!).

What I would like to know is how to update the Windows Mail address
book using the old Outlook Express Files. I am familiar with both
Outlook and Outlook Express files and their backup procedures; but
have no knowledge of Windws Mail.

Unfortunately I cannot use the file update facility that came with the
computer because the old machine is unusable.

Thank you

Martin
