Moving e-mails from Outlook 2003 to 2007

I have just bought a new computer which has Outlook 2007 on it. My old
computer had Outlook 2003. I have been trying transfer my old Outlook files
to the new computer, but understand that they may not be compatible. If this
is the case, how can I have access to my old e-mails? If not, can someone
please tell me how to do it?

Outlook 2007 is fully backwards compatible. Copy your pst-file to your new
computer and connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
