Moving Domain Controller to Different machine

I would be greatfull if any one can guide me,moving the
domain controller (Win2k) to a new machine.

domain controller (Win2k) to a new machine.

1. Install OS on new machine
2. Add this machine to the domain and Promote to DC
3. Ensure that all catalog and DNS data are properly replicated on the
new DC
4. Move FSMO roles to the new DC and make this DC also Global Catalgo server

use transfer option not seize

5. Demote old DC to the member server
6. switch off the old server
