Moving "Documents and Settings" Dir

I am trying to figure out how to move the "Documents and
Settings" folder from one drive to another. I partitioned
my hardrive with an 8GB SYS partition and the remaining
space is for DATA. I want to move the "Documents and
Settings" folder to the data partition
 
Download "tweakUI power toys for XP". It has a provision to change the
"Document and settings" folder to another location.

Right click My Documents, go to properties. Follow instructions.
