moving data to other sheets

I am having a lot of trouble figuring out this one. I have a template page that information is entered into. There are three catigories for this page.. what I would like to do and I am not sure how, is to seperate the catigories to their own pages.
for example

information is entered as
division Date request
communications dept - nov 8/07 no communication
project mgt dept - nov 10/07 project outstanding
HRMS dept - nov 10/07 missing field

I would like each division selection to move to another page

could this be done?
