Moving data from one field to another field in Outlook 2003

How do I move data from a field to to another field in Outlook 2003?
For example, I'd like to move the account number which is stored in
"Job Title" field for some of the records to the "Account #" field.

Sorry, I should be clearer. I have hundreds of records. Instead of
copying and pasting hundreds of values one at a time (quite tedious and
time consuming), what I am looking for is a way to select the Job Title
field for all the records in that column and move them to the Account #
field for the corresponding records. This could be easily done in
Excel, but the link to Journal is lost when exporting to Excel and
importing back into Outlook.
