Would be very helpful if you also included what versions of Outlook are in
play here in terms of old and new.

Presuming you've upgraded to O'2007 on the new machine - contact folders
will be displayed in either the <Contacts Group> or <Folder List> in the
navigation pane.

State how you migrated your data file. Convince us you copied the correct
one. You have provided no information that would permit anyone to address
your problem.

Just to clarify - what exactly are you referring to when you say that you
can't "get" your contacts?
a) the contacts folder physically doesn't exist or appear in the
Folder List? or
b) contact folder not appearing in your Outlook Address Book?

If it's (a) - the contact folder was never in the PST file to begin with
which would an interesting challenge if it was also your default for mail
etc
If it's (b) - need to configure your OAB and make sure that the contact
folder is appropriately marked to "Show this folder as an email address
book"
