moving contacts from one pc to another

Hi Please can you help me. I want to transfer all my contacts from one pc
to a new one, into Windows Mail, I am using Vista.
 
If you have Vista on both computers, just copy the
C:\Users\yourlogin\contacts
folder over to the other computer.
