Moving Calendar

Our company uses Outlook 2000 in an internet mail environment. We are in the
process of switching to Exchange 2003. All of the users have PST folders
that have all of their calendar items. Is there a way to export all of the
calendar items in the PST into the Exchange mailbox?

Just add the Exchange Server to your Outlook profile and drag the items from
the PST's calendar to the Exchange mailbox's calendar. View the calendar by
Active Appointments for the easiest way to grab them all.

First, you must switch modes to Corporate or Workgroup mode to use Exchange. Internet Mail Only mode cannot connect to Exchange. You will need to open each .pst in the Exchange profile and use drag/drop to populate the Exchange mailbox if you do not want to lose data.

Ok, I knew that you could drag/drop, I was just hoping that there was an
export function or something. It seems easy to miss some appointments
dragging them. Thanks for your help.

once the mailbox is set as the default delivery location it should move the
contents of the default folders over for you. Dragging them over if faster
as it can take outlook some time to move everything... and it won't move
user created folders.
