Moving BCM Data Files

Is there a way to move the default location of the SQL BCM datafiles form...

"C:\Documents and Settings\ComServer\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager"

to another folder?

No, but not through BCM. Changing the default location is not a
supported feature.

However, you can create, or move, a database in another folder
yourself. BCM will use it because it connects to the database by asking
sql to make the connection using the database name; the location of the
file is not part of that conversation.
