Moving and Sending Files

When I right click with the mouse on files or folders on the desk top, or
inside explorer I am unable to "send to" or "move" files. It is very
annoying and causing a lot of problems. Any help will be appreciated.

What software did you install just before you started having this problem?

I will have to research. I am on spring break and just know getting the
chance to check this out. It has been doing it for quite sometime.
