Moving an Outlook account from one computer to another

We are running outlook off an exchange server. I have a couple of people
moving to new computers and I want to set up their outlook to have what was
there on the old box.

Can you provide directions to do this

If you are using Roaming Profiles and everything is kept on the Exchange
server, then you won't have to do anything.
If you are not using Roaming Profiles and everything is is kept on the
Exchange server, then all you have to do is reconfigure their mail profile.
If they kept things in pst-files as well, you'll have to copy over their
pst-files and reconnect them on the new machine.
