Move Mail form one computer to another

Actually, I am NOT very computer literate and may not even be in the right
place. If so, I apologize. I use Netzero for e-mail and when it is full I
download to Outlook express.

I have just purchased a new laptop. Can I move all my saved e-mail to the
new computer? if so, what is the name of the file I want to copy in.

Any help is appreciated. Thanx

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
